• Guidance for scenarios like locked keys in your car or being stuck in the snow.

GetResqued simplifies the process of finding a local roadside assistance company or towing professional. Notably, there are no hidden fees; rates are negotiated directly between users and service providers or fleet dispatchers.

In the event that we cannot find active tow professionals, we will supply users with a list of nearby roadside assistance companies for direct contact.

Upon selecting a service and creating a request, GetResqued facilitates the following:

• The ability to pinpoint your exact location with an interactive map.
• Your request is dispatched to local roadside assistance providers within a close radius to ensure timely service.
• You receive the name and contact information of the towing professional assigned to your request.
• Notifications will be sent when a professional accepts your request and updates on their arrival status.
• Rates are directly negotiated between you and the towing professional before service initiation, allowing you to authorize any charges beforehand.
